Our modern Australian style Chardonnay, from the heritage Balgownie vineyard of Maiden Gully, Bendigo.
Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented with 20% new oak and acacia.

LUNARIS
2023 Grenache Syrah Mourvedre
45% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre.
Inspired by the higher elevation examples of Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC, this is an antidote to the old-fashioned.
20% Whole-bunch open fermentation pressed to 25% new oak. Early varietal integration and 14 months maturation.
